You Don't Have to Navigate This Work Alone

Working with clients who struggle with eating disorders, body image, or trauma can be deeply meaningful—and incredibly complex. Whether you’re a new clinician trying to find your footing, or an experienced therapist looking to deepen your skills, there are times in which you may need support, mentorship, or a second set of eyes.

Therapists deserve spaces where they feel safe to ask questions, explore clinical and ethical dilemmas, and grow—without shame. That’s what I offer.

How I Support Clinicians

Whether you’re looking for one-time guidance or ongoing clinical partnership, I offer a range of services to support your work and confidence as a provider:

  • One-on-one case consults tailored to your needs—treatment planning, interventions, ethical questions, or just needing a place to talk through the stuck parts.

  • Available for associates in California. My supervision style is warm, curious, and direct, with a strong focus on clinical skill-building and self-awareness.

  • Custom training for group practices, schools, and treatment centers. Topics include treating eating disorders in outpatient care, supporting teens and families, orthorexia, and more.

  • Support for therapists, educators, and organizations creating groups or family programming around food, body, and recovery work.
