Healing Starts With Feeling Understood

At Brown Family Counseling, we believe healing happens in safe, supportive relationships. Whether you're navigating anxiety, struggling with your relationship with food, or supporting a child through emotional challenges, you're not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

We provide therapy that meets you where you are, honors your lived experience, and helps you move toward the life you want with clarity and confidence. Together, we’ll create a space where your voice is heard, your body is respected, and your goals matter.

Our Clinical Approach

Trauma-Informed. Evidence-Based. Whole-Person Care.

We tailor therapy to each individual, using an integrative blend of modalities to meet your unique needs:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build emotional awareness and resilience

  • Brainspotting and EMDR to support deep nervous system healing

  • Attachment-Based Family Therapy to build safety, communication, and connection

  • Parts Work to explore internal conflicts and support self-integration

  • Health at Every Size® (HAES) and Intuitive Eating principles for eating disorder recovery

  • Animal-Assisted Therapy available for clients wanting additional grounded, relational presence in the therapy space

Sessions are client-led, paced with care, and grounded in respect for your full self—mind, body, and spirit.
